Legal Disclaimer

This page explains the limits of Twin Falls County Busted Mugshots, a private reference guide for finding official jail, arrest, court, and custody resources. It is not a government publication and does not replace the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, a police department, a court, or a corrections agency. Use the originating office to verify any record before relying on it.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on this site, or on a linked third-party tool, may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

Private, Not Government Operated

Twin Falls County Busted Mugshots is privately operated and is not affiliated with the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, the James R. Munn Adult Detention Facility, the Idaho Department of Correction, any city police department, or any local, state, or federal government agency. The name of a county, facility, agency, or program on a page identifies the source being discussed, not an ownership or endorsement relationship.

Check the Current Source

Government pages can change without notice, and dated reports can be posted after an event or corrected later. The Sheriff’s Daily Reports page separates Arrest/Release, Headcount, Arraignments, and Warrants. The inmate-information page is a jail-services source, while the civil-records page provides a request route. None of those pages promises that every record, photo, or custody change will appear immediately.

No statement here guarantees that a detail is complete, accurate, current, or still available. Call the responsible office before visiting the facility, mailing documents, sending money, or making an important decision. If the public report does not show a photo, do not assume a photo is available through another public page. Ask the records custodian about the specific record and any applicable exemption or redaction.

This Is Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for counsel. A licensed attorney is the appropriate source for questions about warrants, court procedure, criminal history, expungement, sealing, immigration consequences, or a person’s legal rights.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some pages may display or link to search tools operated by outside providers. Twin Falls County Busted Mugshots does not control what those tools return, the jurisdictions they cover, their prices, their update timing, or how they process submitted data. Review the provider’s terms and privacy notice before using it. A third-party result is not an official confirmation of Twin Falls County custody or disposition.

Outbound Resources

Links lead to local police records pages, the Idaho iCourt Odyssey portal, IDOC, federal BOP and ICE locators, local news, and other public resources. The linked organization controls its own content, data, availability, and corrections. We do not promise that a link will remain active or that the destination is complete. A news story is an editorial account of a selected event, not a county booking roster.

No Official Records Are Hosted Here

This site does not host a jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest-record database, warrant file, or court-record archive. It points readers to offices and locators that may hold different custody states: the Sheriff’s dated county reports, the city police records units, iCourt for court case results, IDOC for state custody or supervision, BOP for federal incarceration, and ICE for immigration custody.

Idaho Code 20-601 addresses county booking records, including booking photographs and fingerprints, but it does not make this site the custodian or create a public photo gallery here. Idaho Code 67-3008 addresses dissemination of arrest information without disposition and includes an innocence-warning requirement in the circumstances covered by that law.

To confirm current custody or request a retained record or photo, contact the Sheriff’s Office, detention records unit, police department, corrections agency, court, or other originating office. A booking, warrant, or news report describes an allegation or event at a particular time. It is not a conviction. Every person is presumed innocent unless and until guilt is established in court.
